The company secured a $50 million loan with a fixed interest rate of 8.58% for the term of the loan maturing on January 31, 2030 with interest-only payments for the first 2 years followed by principal and interest payments during the last three years based on a 15-year amortization schedule, with a $40 million balloon payment due at maturity.
