49% ownership in Hyasynth which is a pioneer in cannabinoid science with a supply agreement in place. The biosynthesis process used has a patent-pending for the yeast strains and enzymes that are being used to produce pure and not synthetic cannabinoids without the need to grow the plant. Hyasynth has also submitted patent applications to produce minor cannabinoids and it was also the first company to sell CBDa produced and extracted from yeast. The company is a preferred partner of Hyasynth with the option to purchase Hyasynth’s cannabinoids at a discount to the wholesale market price for a period of ten years from the date of Hyasynth’s commencement of commercial production.

The Trailer Park Boys were chosen as strategic partners to Organigram and the two will work towars developing branding, packaging and a competitive product portfolio targeted towards the recreational marijuana market and be distributed exclusively by Organigram. The deal also involves product placement opportunities and branding of cannabis paraphernelia.
2017
The company started an exclusive partnership with TGS International involving oils, extracts and edibles. The Green Solution has a commercially developed a line of cannabis extracts and derivatives that the company has gained exclusive rights for in the Canadian market.
2018
The company’s Wabanaki strain of flower was chosen to be included into the world’s first adult recreational cannabis collection variety kit by the name of AHLOT Cannabis Collections: Discovery Series Vol. 1

2020
The company signed a 3-year subject to a 2-year renewal supply agreement with Medical Cannabis by Shoppers where the company will provide Shoppers with dried flower, oils and other derivative products.
The company signed an international strategic agreement with InterCure to supply 3,000 KG high quality, indoor-grown dried flower product by December 31, 2021 for processing and distribution into the Israeli medical market, with a possible 3,000 KG extra, up to InterCure. The value of the deal will be dependant on factors such as potency and product mix. The deal will allow for Organigram to launch branded medical products with Canndoc in the Israeli and EU markets as well as granting exclusivity and related rights to Canndoc within Israel for around 7,5 years.
2021
When BAT invested in the company, they entered into a product development collaboration agreement allowing for a center of excellence to be established which would focus on developing the next generation of cannabis products with an initial focus on CBD which is located the state-of-the-art, three-tier cultivation centre located in Moncton, New Brunswick which has strain-specific grow rooms, designed under EU-GMP standards, reserving 56,000 sq ft for derivatives and CO2 extraction. The companies each have access to certain IP from the other party, allowing for the right to independently commercialize the products globally and BAT is allowed to appoint 2 board members and they will have the ability to appoint 20% of the board as long as it holds a minimum of 15% of the issued and outstanding common shares and 10% of the board as long as they hold at least 10% of the issued and outstanding common shares. Under the agreement, all IP that is mutually developed will belong to BAT with Organigram receiving a perpetual, royalty-free global license to the IP’s mentioned. Each party is also granted a non-exclusive, perpetual and irrevocable license for the IP and its affiliates intended for the developmental activites the companies are involved in as well as the use of the products, technologies and IP created by the Centre of Excellence, subject to certain restrictions.
2022
The company signed a 3-year international strategic agreement with InterCure for the supply of a minimum of 10,000 KG of dried flower with an additional 10,000 KG if wanted by InterCure. The deal also involved Organigram exclusively providing products to interCure for the Israeli market during the terms of the agreement. Certain strains will be exclusively supplied for distribution through InterCure’s international supply chain.
2023
The company entered into a supply agreement with Sanity Group to supply them with high quality indoor-grown dried flower for the German market while at the same time allowing Sanity Group to receive strain exclusivity on the company’s Super G Citra strain.
The company invested in and bought 2.6% of Weekend Holdings Corp giving the company an 18-month exclusivity right in Canada for the new technology incorporated into Greentank’s 510 vape cartridges. 2025
Organigram Holdings rebranded to Organigram Global, signifying its intent to expand across the globe. The first steps will be to invest more in Sanity Group, obtain a EU-GMP certification and look into entering the US market.
