2018
The company made a strategic investment and entered into a commercial rights agreement with International Cannabis Corp for its future international and domestic cannabis ventures for a period of 10 years from the effective date of the Agreement as well as a right of first refusal in respect of supplying ICC’s world-wide distribution channels if they want to source cannabis products, any sale or off-take agreement pursuant to which ICC intends to sell or distribute cannabis products to any third party, the purchase of any of ICC’s assets and the licensing of any IP. Auxly will in turn provide ICC with future guidance and assistance.

2019
The company entered into a supply development and retail agreement with Atlantic for the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. Atlantic is eligible to apply for 5 new retail locations in the province and Auxly will supply up to 50 KG of dried flower to Newfoundland and Labrador for the first year and up to 1,000 KG in 2020 with an option to provide an additional 1,000 KG in 2021. Atlantic will in turn build a 110,000 sq ft purpose-built facility for cultivation, production and processing of high-quality cannabis. Auxly will in turn subscribe for up to 19.9% of the issued and outstanding shares of Atlantic.
The company has a deal with Lonza Group to provide the company with a complete line of equipment for capsule-filling and sealing, including a state-of-the-art LEMS machine, Lonza’s proprietary liquid-filled Capsugel Licaps-capsules, and rights to its capsule-filling and sealing LEMS technology.
