2019

The company acquired IP pertaining to water-soluble cannabinoid formulations based around a nano and micro emulsification process which utilizes food grade emulsifiers approved by Health Canada offering shelf-stability with no constituent separation and a rapid onset time.

The company announced a supply agreement with BevCanna Enterprises which received an exclusive license to use the company’s IP related to water-soluble cannabinoids for the development, manufacturing and sale of BevCanna’s products through its own brands and white label opportunities developed by BevCanna for third parties. A performance milestone of the agreement is the commercialization within 12 months of the legalization of infused products and edibles in Canada.
