2020

The company has a multi-year deal with Organigram including 3,000 KG high quality, indoor-grown dried flower exported to Israel.

The company had a 2-year strategic supply agreement with Aphria started in 2020 where Aphria supplied the company with 3,000 KG of bulk dried flower.

The company signed a 3-year partnership agreement with Super-Pharm which is Israel’s largest drugstore chain where Super-Pharm will purchase 10 tons of medical cannabis GMP-products.

2021

The company has an exclusive distribution agreement with Charlotte’s Web for the Israeli market.

The company started a medical cannabis home delivery program in collaboration with UPS.

The company started a partnership with Cookies to bring Cookies-branded stores as well as medical cannabis pharmacies in the UK and Austria.

2022

Cookies flagship store in Vienna, Austria opened with a menu of CBD as well as clothing and lifestyle products.

The company entered into a multi-year licensing agreement with Praetorian Global with the right to cultivate, manufacture, market and distribute Binske-branded products in major global pharmaceutical markets including Israel, Germany, Australia and the UK.

Built upon the earlier deal, a 3-year supply agreement with Organigram was made with up to 20,000 KG and a commitment of 10,000 KG of dried flower to be supplied over several years.

The company started a partnership with Altman Health to register, manufacture, market and distribute CBD products in Israel, including Charlotte’s Web branded products.

The company has a distribution agreement with Tyson 2.0 covering Israel, Australia, United Kingdom Germany and Switzerland among others. InterCure also has the right to use the name, the marks and the TYSON 2.0 intellectual property in these territories.

The company started an exclusive multiyear strategic partnership with Clever Leaves including marketing and distribution. InterCure will allow Clever Leaves to cultivate their strains and in turn provide them with EU-GMP compliant branded products within the EU, UK and South American markets. 2023

The company signed an initial collaboration agreement with TYSON 2.0 for a business partnership involving an exclusive distribution license to cultivate, manufacture, sell, market, and distribute all approved products and brands of TYSON 2.0 in Israel, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany and other EU countries such as Switzerland. The company will aslo have a license to use TYSON 2.0’s intellectual property and genetics for cultivation and production of products.

2024

The company entered into a share purchase agreement to purchase Leon Pharm, holding 5 pharmacies in Israel.

The company expanded on its strategic partnership with Cookies and announced plans to enter Germany by launching 8 licensed pharmacies under the Cookies Corners brand as well as online platforms with the official cookies retail experience. InterCure will cultivate, manufacture, import and distribute Cookies’ branded products through its EU-GMP facilities.

2025

The company acquired Botanico, known as ISHI. Through the deal, InterCure gained access to ISHI’s advanced AI-driven cultivation technologies, automated production systems and exclusive brand alliances with US operators such as The Flowery as well as award-winning American cannabis genetics and operational know-how.
