2018

The company announced a sales agreement with a Canadian company to sell 50 tons of cannabis inflorescences or 5 tons of cannabis oil to them. The companies will also collaborate in the field of R&D and promoting technologies in the medical cannabis sector.

The company signed a 51% JV with an undisclosed company for the production of up to 60 tons annually of medical cannabis from greenhouses outside of Israel in an area of up to 25 acres.

Together will build a factory to manufacture and process the joint products according to required standards.

2019

The company signed a memorandum of understanding with a company controlled by a Chinese corporation for setting up medical cannabis operations in China, which will be divided 50/50%. The Chinese company will invest 1 million USD and fund the activity establishment, at the company’s market cap on the agreement’s completion date. The JV will look into the CBD-based food, beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetics product markets in China.

The company’s medical cannabis farm in Uganda has received a GACP-creditation and is building its own EU-GMP factory.

2022

Thanks to a partnership between Cantourage and Together Pharma, Together Pharma’s Glueberry OG cultivar will be distributed in Poland through selected pharmacies. This supply agreement consists of the importation of more than 500 kg of dried cannabis over 3 years starting in 2023. In Germany and the UK, the company is selling the Gluberry OG as well as a Power Plant cultivar.

The company received a license to import the Glueberry OG and Powerplant strains from Germany to the UK via Cantourage UK.
