2018

2019

The company entered into a 61%-owned by Avicanna, JV with Sigma Analytical for the establishment of the first GMP/GLP level cannabis quality assurance laboratory in South America which will test for pesticides, heavy metals, residual solvents, aflatoxins, microbial, genotyping as well as cannabinoid and terpene profiling.

The company entered into an importation and distribution agreement with LYPHE Group for the UK market. The companies will collaborate on medical education programs with a focus on safety, dose guidance and efficacy.

Pura Earth derma-cosmetics became available in approximately 60 retail locations throughout Colombia, including Blind prestige beauty shops and Cromantic professional beauty markets.

Aureus has exported probably the first commercial export of cannabis extracts with THC from Colombia to Peru.

Viola Brands launched nationwide in Canada through a partnership with the company on the Medical Cannabis by Shoppers online platform.

Trunerox got the first indication-specific drug registration by INVIMA, Colombia’s health authority.

The company announced an exclusive supply agreement for its Ultra-CBD cream and CBG Transdermal Gel under the RHO Phyto with a multinational pharmaceutical company for sales in 6 European countries with expectations of further expansion.

The company entered into a research collaboration with a multi-national European-based pharmaceutical company. The company announced a strategic scientific and medical affairs collaboration agreement with Vectura Fertin Pharma, a subsidiary of Phillip Morris which is aimed at improving the understanding of medical cannabis access and applications in Canada through prioritiizing engagement with the Canadian medical community, including patients and insurers to gain insights into the challenges associated with accessing medical cannabis and Mymedi.ca will play a key role in improving access and patient support.
