2019
The company entered into a production, extraction and cultivation partnership with the founders of Texoma House of Cannabis for the formation of Vapen Oklahoma and the launch of Vapen-branded products in Oklahoma with THC concentrates, edibles and extraction products for sale to Oklahoma stores with Vapen providing the brand, standard operating procedures and back office support.
2020
The company announced a joint operation agreement with Green Goblin to operate extraction, distillation and kitchen operations in the state of California.
The company acquired RDF Management Company and its IP to be able to provide exclusive turn-key services for the management, administration and operation of Organica Patient Group including operation of its medical marijuana store, cultivation, extraction, kitchen and infusion operations.
The company launched its JV in Oklahoma with Texoma Processing and Extraction for the production of cannabis products for sale and distribution to the Oklahoma cannabis market.

The company has an exclusive production and sales agreement with SōRSE Technology’s for its MAJOR brand’s infused beverages in Arizona. SōRSE will provide all know how and formulations for the creation of MAJOR 100mg THC cannabis-infused beverages and the company provides licensed space for the production and storage of products as well as paid a one-time royalty fee of 100,000 USD as well as a fixed price for the SōRSE emulsion and a royalty per unit produced. The company also gained the right to manufacture SōRSE’s other existing formulations and/or use SōRSE emulsions to develop additional products under the Vapen brand, for which it will pay SōRSE a royalty.
The company has an exclusive production agreement with Agtech to exclusively produce and sell Wynk THC seltzers in Arizona.
