Satipharm produces Gelpell Microgel capsules under pharmaceutical production standards in Switzerland containing GMP-produced CBD isolate. The capsules are being sold as a dietary supplement throughout pharmacies in the European Union, by special prescription in Australia and are soon to be sold in Canada.
2019
The company announced a supply agreement with Shoppers Drug Mart with Satipharm-branded cannabis in Canada.
The company signed a supply agreement with GenCanna Global USA where GenCanna will supply the company with GMP-certified CBD oil and finished products for distribution in the United States, Europe and around the world under the Dream Water, Satipharm, and LivRelief brands for an initial term of two years. GenCanna will also support the Company in the research, development, and formulation of both existing and new CBD-infused products as well as provide a production platform using innovative, proprietary harvesting and crop processing technologies that produce products with good purity and quality.
The company signed a premium cannabis supply agreement with 9869247 Canada Limited where the company, also known as Stevens Green will cultivate and harvest the company’s subsidiary United Greeneries’ premium cannabis genetics at their facility in Ontario. The company will provide Stevens Green with clones and proprietary nutrient and irrigation techniques, and cultivation expertize.
2020

The company entered into a license agreement with Canopy Growth for the manufacture, distribution and sales of its infused topical brand LivRelief in Canada. The company will in turn receive royalty payments of 10% of net sales revenue.
In addition, Treasure Island and Circus Circus will purchase product from a Dream Water USA distributor to be distributed to all participating retail outlets and certain kiosks. Products will be purchased from a Dream Water USA distributor.
2025
