2019

The company signed a food distribution agreement with Eden Foods for ECS’ range of retail food products to be offered to Eden Foods network of retailers in Tasmania.

The company signed an exclusive food distribution agreement with Just Foods Australia for ECS’ s retail product range to be distributed in mainland Australia where JFA will be in charge of sales, marketing and logistics.

2020

The company signed a collaboration deal with Essential Oils of Tasmania which will see the companies pursue strategic research and development programs to develop finished products incorporating Tasmanian hemp and essential oils as well as capitalize on commercial opportunities in the hemp seed oil, cannabinoid and terpene sectors. The companies will also collaborate in order to achieve a better value proposition for their farmet network with plant and site utilization being a priority.

The company signed a 3-year medicinal cannabis supply term sheet with MediPharm Labs which will purchase flower or crude resin from the company at a price agreed to by both companies every 6 months.

2021

The company acquired Murray Meds.

The company signed a 1,5-year supply agreement with Releaf Dispensaries for the supply of jars of premium, trimmed and dried cannabis flower.

The company signed a 3-year supply agreement with The Armour Group for the sale and export of medicinal cannabis oils which will be used in clinical trials in the UK, followed by distribution into German pharmacies under The Armour Group’s brand.

The company signed a 3-year supply agreement with Cronos Australia which will be supplied with medicinal cannabis oils, THC dried cannabis flower in jars, bulk dried cannabis flower and THC API.

The company signed a 5-year supply agreement with Alivio Spolka for the supply of GMP-manufactured medicinal cannabis products to be sold in Poland by Alivio Spolka.

The company entered into a 4-year supply agreement with MW Pharma Limited for the supply of the company’s GMP-manufactured medicinal cannabis products to be sold in New Zealand.

The company secured a 1-year supply agreement with an automatic renewal for 1 more year unless one party gives a 60 day notice with Canngea for the supply of medicinal cannabis products in the form of dry flower and oils.

The company entered into an up to 10-year long collaborative tolling agreement with Sun Pharmaceutical Industries which will extract medicinal cannabis biomass cultivated by ECS for the production of GMP-certified resin. The products will be supplied to ECS at a reduced rate for 2 years in return for the purchase price of ECS’ SepareCo Supercritical CO2 extractor as well as ancillary equipment which Sun Pharma will install at its Port Fairy pharmaceutical facility where it will also produce resin for its own use and to third parties. 75% of the value of the CO2 extractor will be offset by the value of resin the company receives and the other 25% will be paid in cash within 2 years from the start of the tolling arrangements.The company will provide 600 to 1,750 KG of cannabis biomass to Sun Pharma, Under the terms of conditions, ECS agrees to supply not less than 55% of Sun Pharma’s annual cannabis biomass requirements which Sun Pharma has agreed to purchase.

The company signed a supply agreement with Cannvalate for resin produced in partnership with Sun Pharmaceuticals.

2022

The company announced a purchasing order from Lyphe Group exceeding 500,000 USD for dried flower to be sold in the UK.

2023

The company secured two offtake agreements, a 3-year long agreement with Entoura for cannabis dried flower and one with Precision Pharmaceuticals for 1 year.

The company entered into a 5-year, 24 million AUD offtake agreement with Medicann Health for the exclusive supply of 2 strains from ECS starting in 2024 and covering a total of 4 tonnes of products.

The company entered into a supply agreement with Ilios Santé where the company will supply 4 medical cannabis strains for the German market.

2024

The company partnered with Rokshaw for an exclusive distribution deal of 3 strains of EU-GMP dried flower from the company covering the medical market in the UK. The company secured a 9 million AUD offtake agreement for the supply of medicinal cannabis under a 3-year deal.

The company secured its first 1-year contract with an automatic renewal for up to 2 years with Elite Medical Solutions for medicinal cannabis sold under the RAP brand in the form of soft gel capsules and oral liquids in Australia, with minimum sales of 380,000 AUD yearly.

The company signed an exclusive 8-year licence agreement with Terphogz for the manufacture and distribution of its strains in Germany, Australia and New Zealand. The deal will see The Original Z and other unique Terphogz products being introduced to the global market.

2025

The company released The Original Z, Zruntz, Cherry Rope and RS-40 strains in Australia via its B2C sales platform through its partnership with Terphogz.

The company announced plans to supply its Avani THC10 Softgel Capsules to support a clinical trial led by the University of Western Australia’s Centre for Sleep Science.

The company received a manufacturing grant from the Victorian government worth over $100,000 AUD.

2026

The company rolled out women’s health products under its Avani brand with a suite of products called Avani Ava will include flower, pessaries, capsules and a topical cream.
