2020
The company signed a 6-month exclusive pharmacy-distribution agreement with Girish GPO with possible yearly extensions, allowing them to distribute certain of Lifted Made’s CBD and delta 8 THC products to independent pharmacies in the United States, the deal stated a minimum pharmacies to be reached within 90 days was 500 and 2,500 in 180 days.
The company partnered with SMPLSTC to create a JV focused on selling non-tobacco nicotine pouches in several flavors and nicotine strengths under the brand FYX.
The company signed an exclusive agreement to manufacture CBD-infused products for American Top Team, the leader in MMA and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
2021
Lifted Made signed a 3-year agreement with the possibility of renewal every three years with Nepa Wholesale for exclusive distribution of Urb Finest Flowers disposable devices in Florida.
The company signed a multi-year agreement with Diamond Supply Co. to serve as their exclusive worldwide manufacturer of Diamond-branded hemp-derived products. Both companies will collaborate on product formulation and design, share the costs and revenues pursuant to mutually agreed upon formulas as well as market and distribute the products through their own distributors, websites and other established sales channels.
2022
Lifted Made was the exclusive hemp products sponsor at North Coast Music Festival.
2023
The company entered a five-year agreement with Cali Sweets for Koko Puffz, Koko Nuggz and Koko Gummiez through its subsidiary Lifted Made that will manufacture, market and distribute the products with Lifted Made and Cali Sweets sharing equally in production and marketing costs. Under the deal, Cali Sweets will provide social media marketing services for these products as well as for Lifted Made’s Urb Finest Flowers and the revenue will be given 60% to Lifted Made and 40% to Cali Sweets.
A subsidiary of the company called Lifted Made is the exclusive manufacturer, seller and distributor of Jeeter-branded hemp-derived vape, gummies and pre-rolled products in the U.S. with all costs divided equally and revenue split 40% to Lifted Made and 60% to Jeeter.

Urb Finest Flowers is the company’s premium hemp-derived cannabinoid brand targeting cannabinoid enthusiasts and connoisseurs as well as offering psychedelic products. Urb Rocks are flavored popping crystals infused with THC that come in two varieties, one is for the morning and also contains caffeine and the other is for night time containing melatonin and gaba. The brand also offers flavored nano CBD water, vape cartridges and nano-infused gummies. In 2023, the Urb brand won High Times first place for the legal psychoactive vape pens category and second place for the legal psychoactive flower category. The brand was first to market with industry changing SKU’s such as delta 9 and live resin.
