2024
The company achieved normalization of neuropathic pain in animal studies with its ketamine analog which is in stark contrast to traditional ketamine which proved ineffective orally under the same experimental conditions. The results showed that low oral doses of Ketamir-2 led to a significant reversal of pain for 14 and 22 days following the operation and Ketamir-2 achieved complete normalization of the pain threshold at a higher oral dose, representing a 100% reversal of the neuropathic pain signal.
The company designated neuropathic pain as the initial and primary indication for Ketamir-2.
The company’s preclinical study of Ketamir-2 showed significant pain relief by Day 15 and higher doses by day 22 showed up to 112% more effectiveness than Pregabalin as well as 70% greater relief than Gabapentin.
2025
