2020
The company signed a licensing agreement with Wildflower Brands’ topicals CBD Relief Sticks and CBD Cool Sticks where the company will manufacture and distribute the products in Canada.
The company expanded its 2.0 offering through a partnership wit h Pax Labs where the company is set to fill organic cannabis oil pods for the PAX ERA and PAX ERA Pro premium vaporizers which will be sold under the Simply bare Organics brand.
2021
The company executed a supplier agreement with Medical Cannabis by Shoppers Drug Mart allowing patients to buy Simply Bare Organic hash as well as Wildflower Cool and Relief sticks
The company was the first Canadian cannabis company to release an environmental, social and governance report.
The company entered into an extraction services agreement with The Valens Company which will provide organic certified extraction services.
The company co-founded Cannabis Cultivators of BC to foster a sustainable and responsible cannabis industry in the provnce. The coalition was founded to raise awareness about key issues on behalf of licensed cannabis cultivators in BC and to address policymakers with a unified voice to promote the economic well-being of the cannabis industry, advance industry-wide cultivation issues on behalf of all licensed cannabis growers in BC and be a source of expertise in cannabis cultivation.

2025
The company’s Delta facility obtained a CUMCS Equivalency IMC-GAP certification, allowing its dried cannabis products to be exported to Israel, Europe and Australia as well as other jurisdictions.
MediPharm sold its Hope, British Columbia facility to the company.
The company made its first international shipment of premium dried flower to Poland.

The company launched 1964 Supply Co. in the UK through a distribution partnership with 4C Labs seeing patients access the products.
