Meditrend, part of the Diplomat Group, has signed a partnership agreement with Tikun Olam and IHP to establish a CBD-based brand whose products in the wellness and food categories will be distributed in Israel with an equal ownership between the 3.
The company signed an agreement with Maccabi Healthcare Services, Israel’s 2nd largest HMO. The agreement allows for Maccabi members that are holding a medical cannabis license discounts on the company’s products and a package of services that include consulting, training, dispensing and distribution of its products to the patient’s home, training on how to use a vape, webinars on research issues.
Cannbit-Tikun Olam entered into an agreement produce THC and CBD-rich oils for Teva Pharmaceuticals which will be exclusively marketed and distributed by Teva in Israel and the Palestinian Authority. The oils are based on strains that Teva has picked out from Cnnbit-Tikun Olam for their safety profile and therapeutic efficacy. In the future, Teva has plans on marketing the products in Ukraine once regulations allow so. The agreement is a 10-year agreement and has the possibility of a 9-year extension.
The company signed a 3-year supply agreement with TH Pharma for the supply of medical cannabis oils under ITH’s name on the packaging for distribution in the UK and Northern Ireland worth 37 million ILS.
